Terms of service

These terms cover use of MotoLoop by dealers ("you") and by their customers viewing a dealer portal.

Dealer accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for the people you give staff access to, and for keeping passwords private. You must have the right to use any logo, colors and images you add to your portal.

Text messages

You may only text customers who have agreed to receive service updates from you, and only about their own work orders. No marketing messages are sent through MotoLoop. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and we honor opt-outs automatically. You agree to follow carrier rules and applicable law, including the TCPA.

Estimated dates

Estimated completion dates are calculated from the steps and parts information you enter. They are estimates, not guarantees.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but it's provided as is. We may update these terms and will notify dealers of material changes.
